So, somewhere between rush for AKPsi, coming down with a sinus infection, family problems, work, not to mention scholastic demands time has flewn by. It just so happens to be the seventh week of school. Which means this is the mid point to my last semester which is over whelming to think about.
To be honest, I am a little behind in everything. Must keep the focus going, and fight the urge to procrastinate. Which includes being more attentive to my blog.
....Senioritis must stay away so I can accomplish everything Iwant have to finish.

So, today was my last first day of school! As excited as I am, it is somewhat bittersweet. I strongly dislike my business administration major. However, I greatly like studio art classes or communication. Although I never strongly considered graduate school before since I wanted forever to be done with school. I am coming around to the idea .....
Today also marks day 1 of my detox. A couple weeks back I was at Breathe Yoga in Pittsford, NY and there was a cookbook that caught my eye....
Upon further research I discovered that there is a slew of books written by Dr. Mark Hyman, as well as, "The Detox Box."

According to the description on Amazon.com, "Designed for total cleansing to remove toxins and allergens, boost immunity, and restore energy levels, the program can be done in 7, 14, or 21 days."
Seeing as how I am sick way too much with sinus infections, I figured why not?? Plus most the reviewers of the program highly recommended it. Hello healthier lifestyle, good bye sugar, flour, and cheese. Friday, January 13, 2012
My Reflection on 2011..
Reflecting on my 2011, well I will just say I am glad it is
over. It may not have been my happiest year, however it was one of my most
successful years.
I accomplished .....
Turning 21!
49 credits..
Buying a new computer...
Moved into a new apartment ...
Oh, and I guess I spent a month in Greece over the summer!!!
Needless to say I was very busy all year. I cannot wait for the year 2012 and all it may bring.

The month of November....
One year ago this month, my grandmother passed away. She was my favorite person in the world. She was my role model.
Over 26 years ago she was diagnosed with breast cancer. For 25 years she fought to live and lived each day to the fullest. She battled cancer with integrity and more strength than I have ever seen.
From this point forward, in honor of my grandmother, I am going to live each and every day to the fullest. This blog is going to be about my life and honoring my grandmother. The best parts of her live on through me. She has passed on her love, of traveling, cooking, knitting, sewing, to me.
La vie est belle. .... With the hectic schedules and the inundation of obligations we tend to forget the joys and beauty of life surrounding us. I especially have become weighed down by all my stresses and obligations lately, but I think my grandmother provides the perfect inspiration for me to "get through" anything.
